Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES:

Our orders are processed within 1-2 business days.  During peak seasonal times like Black Friday and the weeks leading up to Christmas, order processing can take up to 5 business days.  Please take this into account when placing your orders if you need your product by a certain time.  Expect an email from us when your order has been shipped. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES & TIMES:

All purchases greater than $50 ship ‘Economy’ for free.  If you need your order faster than this, please select ‘Standard’ shipping and note that there is a small fee for the faster shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, we do not offer International Shipping.  If you have a specific question regarding an international purchase, please email 420incogshop@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

 

REPLACEMENT / REFUND INFORMATION

420Incog is a “print-on-demand” company, which means that all products are unique and produced only after you have ordered them. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, 420Incog offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.  Please initiate the replacement process by following the steps below. There is no need to return the damaged product.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items:

*      Sale and discounted items are final sales and cannot be exchanged or replaced. They are sold ‘as is’

*      We cannot accept returns on gift cards

*      Items beyond the ‘30 days after product delivery’ window are ineligible for replacement or refund

The Process

To start the replacement/refund process, please send us an email to 420incogshop@gmail.com.  Take a picture of the product showing the damage or manufacturing error AND ATTACH IT TO YOUR EMAIL.  Tell us if you would like a replacement or a refund.

Replacement/Refund Information

We will notify you once we’ve received and reviewed your email, and let you know if the replacement/refund was approved or not. If approved, we will send you a replacement as quickly as possible, usually with 7-10 business days.  If you have asked for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
